Once we receive your order and payment, we ship
products out using the shipping method you specified on your order. However,
software add-ons are sent by email only and therefore should arrive within 2
days of ordering. For products physically shipped out (like mousepads and
shirts), it will take time to get to you. From
the date we ship your order out, it typically takes 3-4 weeks shipping time for
U.S. customers. We are located in Canada so delivery to U.S. customers is
delayed most by U.S. customs.. Make sure your mailing
address is complete and legible.
