Inner Space Tech Support
This is the Support Center for Inner Space. If you see a bug or crash, it might already be fixed, so the first step is always to download the upgrader. Go to the download page to get the latest upgrader.

Make sure Windows is in 256 color mode. The game and Factory work best in 256 colors. To set the video mode, open Control Panel, Display Settings, Settings tab and set Colors option. (In Win 3.1, open Windows Setup, Display Settings.)

Troubleshooting
If you have a technical question or problem, review our Troubleshooting page for answers to support questions. We update the list of answers to every support question we are asked. If you have a support question not already answered on this web site or the Online Manual, it must be a new question or problem not encountered before by other users. 

If All Else Fails..
If you have upgraded to the most recent game version with the upgrader and read all the tech pages listed on the Troubleshooting page and still cannot find an answer to your Inner Space question, you can use the Tech Support Form to request technical assistance from us. If you have not found an answer on the tech support pages, then you must have a new problem that neither our in-house testers nor thousands of users have encountered before. As such, it is either a hardware incompatibility or an unusual and difficult to reproduce software bug.  We will do our best to help in any case.
