Ordering by Mail or Courier
We still accept orders via old-fashioned mail. Simply print this order form and send it to us along with your payment. Make any check or money order payable to Software Dynamics, inc. Checks must be payable in US dollars from a US bank. Click here for mailing address, fax, email and other Software Dynamics contact information. We don't accept COD Orders.  

Once we receive your order and payment, we ship products out using the shipping method you specified on your order.  From the date we ship your order out, it typically takes 1-2 weeks shipping time for Canadian customers. Products may arrive earlier than the ranges specified here but we cannot guarantee an arrival date unless you choose to pay for priority courier delivery (approx $8US for 2-day delivery).
